Employees identified as "Active" are available to track their time
in TPS. In addition they may assigned an employee type, date of
hire and last review, as many as 20 different "rates", background
education and notes.

"Hide in Contacts" means that this employees data in Outlook
cannot be viewed by people without high level passwords. Each
employee is assigned "Rights" such as Read and Write access to
List, Contacts, Extensions and Billing/Other. Background
information can help you select the proper resources for the job
or client.

Along with the 20 different standard billing rates, TPS also
allows for the definition of an unlimited number of "Special"
client-specific rates.

Along with unlimited notes for each employee, TPS also provides
a section to track employee "Targets". These targets define the
projected billable hours versus actual.

Each employee has upwards of 20 possible billing rates that can
be applied to the work codes. In addition, each employee is able
to define special rates for any number of clients under the
Special Rates. Finally, each employee has an overhead rate that
represents their cost to the firm on an hourly basis to be used as
a base line on employee analysis reports.
