MS Outlook - If you wish to utilize the complete synchronization features within TPS, on a network, MS Exchange is required. In a non-network environment, Outlook needs to be installed on at least one computer.
 
TPS can be configured to function without MS Outlook, however the Scheduling functions will not be active - See FAQ section


Important Notice: MS Office 2002-2007 + Suites utilize significantly more system resources than previous Office versions and require the system memory be increased above 512MB
 
For systems running Office 2000-2007 + with Windows 98, TPS recommends at least 256 MB of memory

Windows 2000 XP & Vista: While TPS has proven to function in these environments, the memory requirements with Office 2002 + are a minimum of 512 MB
