For those who use very detailed work codes, TPS provides a ‘Tree’ structure with summaries available by work type and/or subtype. Most firms will not use the flexibility offered and that’s okay too!

Each work code is "keyed" to the employees billable rates (up to 20 per employee) - and are set as "Chargeable, Non-Chargeable or Expense recovery type of activities.
